Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policies Student Cancellations – Firearms & Hunting Courses Ontario 14+ days’ notice: Refund of deposit minus a $50.00 administrative fee per participant 7–13 days’ notice: Rescheduling to another available course date without penalty Less than 7 days’ notice: $100 rescheduling fee applies unless we can rebook your seat Less than 72 hours’ notice: No refund, no rescheduling unless we can rebook your seat​ All cancellations must be requested via email or text with the name under the reservation and the course date. We will respond within 48 hours (response time does not affect eligibility). ​​​​​ Company Cancellations If we cancel due to instructor illness, unsafe weather, facility issues, or other factors beyond our control, you will be transferred to another available date ​​​ No-Show Policy Failure to attend without prior notice results in forfeiture of the full deposit. ​​​ Illness Policy – Safe Classroom Standards Students showing any symptoms of illness will not be permitted in class Notify us before the course begins to avoid being marked as a no-show. Illness-related absences may be rescheduled under the cancellation policy No refunds for illness-related cancellations
