Limited Edition Drop

1. Sponsor - This giveaway (“Promotion”) is administered by YR Firearms North Inc., Elmvale, Ontario (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility - Open to Ontario residents only, aged 18 years or older, who hold a valid Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL) at the time the prize is awarded. (excl. Quebec)

Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of YR Firearms North Inc. are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

Each purchase of a Limited Edition YR Firearms – Whiskey Rd Hat ($45 CAD) earns one (1) free entry per hat purchased into the Customer Appreciation Giveaway.

A total of 80 hats are available for sale under this promotion.

4. Contest Period - Promotion begins Oct 17th, 2025 and continues until all 80 Limited Edition hats have been sold.

The draw will take place within seven (7) days after the final hat is sold.

5. Prize - One (1) Winchester SXP Max 7 Pump-Action 12-Gauge Shotgun. Approximate retail value (ARV): $600 CAD. No cash substitute or prize transfer permitted.

6. Winner Selection - When all 80 hats are sold, the Sponsor will assign each qualifying entry a sequential number. A computerized automatic random-number generator will be used to select one (1) winning number. Odds of winning is 1/80.

7. Notification & Verification - The selected entrant will be contacted by phone or email within seven (7) days of the draw.

To be declared the winner, the entrant must:

• Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance; and
• Provide proof of age (18+) and a valid PAL.

If the selected entrant cannot be reached within 14 days or fails to meet these requirements, another entry will be drawn.

8. Firearm Transfer - The winner is responsible for meeting all PAL requirements and arranging pickup with the sponsor.

9. General Conditions - This Promotion is administered solely by YR Firearms North Inc. and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any other vendor or supplier.

10. Publicity Consent - By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, city, and likeness by YR Firearms North Inc. for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

11. Privacy - Personal information collected is used solely for administering this giveaway and will not be sold or shared.
