CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Cancellations will be accepted up to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled course date (14 calendar days). This can be requested through your on-line booking request. Less then 14 days you must contact YR Firearms and request to be put into new course date. Only 1 course transfer will be permitted without forfeiting your deposit and you have 7 business days to select a new course date. Failure to reschedule within the allotted time frame and/or failing to attend the day of the course will forfeit your deposit.
REFUNDS
A full refund of your deposit will be provided if completed 14 days prior to your scheduled course date. A service fee of 4% of your total amount paid will be applied to your refund. Refund could take up to 10 business days to process.
LATENESS
If you are late you may not be permitted to proceed with the class. Only 1 course transfer will be permitted without forfeiting your deposit and you have 7 business days to select a new course date.
HUNTER EDUCATION PROGRAM
Once this course is paid in full it is non-refundable. You must attend the date purchased. Failure to attend will result in forfeiting your entire deposit.
HOW DO I REGISTER?
To reserve your seat go to our registration page (Book On-Line) and select the course you wish to attend.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made through our registration age (using a Visa, Master Card and/or Pay Pal). Due to COVID-19 all courses must be paid in full at time of booking.
RECEIPT
When you book on-line you will receive an email confirmation of the amount paid. Receipts will not be issued in the classroom.
YOUTHS
Must be 12 years of age to take the Non-Restricted and Ontario Hunter Education Program. A parent and/or guardian must be in attendance during registration to sign the consent forms.
RESTRICTED COURSE REQUIREMENTS
You MUST complete the Canadian Firearms Safety Course (CFSC) and be 18 years of age or older BEFORE you can take the Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course (CRFSC). If it has been over 30 days since you have taken the Canadian Firearms Safety Course (CFSC) you MUST book into the Restricted over 30 days to meet all course requirements. Failure to booking comply with these guidelines could result in you forfeiting your entire deposit.

COURSE REMINDERS AND CONFIRMATIONS
You will receive a confirmation receipt once you book on line, however you will receive a reminder email 24 hours prior to your scheduled course.

All students can park for free at (Richmond Hill Center for Performing Arts)

NO Coffee, Water and Snacks are available on site, we encourage students to bring there own.
Illness:

If students display any symptoms of being sick or ill, they will not be permitted into the classroom! Students will be asked to book into a future date when they are not showing any symptoms.

Students must call or send an email prior to the class starting or it will be classified as a no show
We encourage all students to stay home if they are sick or ill. Students will be given the opportunity to book into a future course. No refunds will be provided however you will have the opportunity to re-book as per our cancellation policy.
